Hitler Youth settlements

Hitler's youth group was in Germany. They had kids from all across Germany. A main reason for this is the Hitler youth became required. It was required when the children reached 10 years of age. The youth was in Berlin. They would then use the children for their own good while training them. They would send their youth to other countries. Their youth would then act as their own personal spies. The youth would then come back and reveal secrets to the SS and Hitler. They would use these secrets to get a head of their enemies.
